Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carrier
Natural Serenity Flow ships all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Domestic Shipping (United States)
• Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after processing
• Priority Shipping: 1 to 3 business days after processing (if available at checkout)
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping promotions will be applied automatically when applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.
Delays
Natural Serenity Flow is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Natural Serenity Flow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors and your local post office.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Natural Serenity Flow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shopnaturalserenityflow@gmail.com.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
